We metalurgically bond diamonds to high specification steel edges to make saw blades that are dependable and durable without being brittle. A significant improvement over both traditional toothed and electroplated diamond saw blades.
Manufactured to extremely fine tolerances and the highest quality, SPC diamond band saw blades can be successfully used on applications that demand greater precision and closer control.

The performance characteristics of our diamond band saw blades are the result of our continuing and extensive R&D into both the metallurgical properties and mechanical behavior of band saw blades in action.
The mechanical and physical properties of these blades can be tuned for optimum performance in their target markets – cutting particularly sensitive and difficult materials with precise control and high stability.
We offer a wide range of standard band size and grit grade configurations to suit many cutting applications. We also have the capability to develop special blades for specific applications.

Top Applications
SPC Diamond Band Saw is the tool of choice when working with the most difficult and most demanding of materials.
Diamond band saw is the most effective means of sawing composites and hard friable materials such as quartz, glass, fiberglass, friction products, carbon, compacted graphite, abrasive products, and ceramics.
Use continuous edge for material less than 1/4″ thick or for hard material with a tendency to fracture, crack, or chip easily. Gulleted blades work best for cutting larger cross sections.
